Meet Founder & CEO
Kaliyah Mitchell
I've always had a heart for helping people.
My journey started over five years ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide before I found my passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Along the way, I learned that caring for people is about so much more than meeting their needs—it's about treating every person with kindness, respect, compassion, and dignity.
Wanting to make an even greater impact, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Community Health and later my Master of Science in Long-Term Care Administration. Every experience, every lesson, and every challenge has helped shape who I am and the way I serve others today.
Starting Keystone Compassion Care is a dream that has become a reality through years of hard work, learning, and serving others. My hope is to build an organization that people can trust—one that puts people first, creates meaningful partnerships, and serves communities with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
I truly believe that when we lead with kindness and compassion, we can make a lasting difference—one person, one family, and one community at a time.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and Keystone Compassion Care. I look forward to building meaningful relationships and serving individuals, families, organizations, and communities with compassion, purpose, and heart.
